Refund policy
We offer returns on unopened products within 7 days of Delivery or pickup of products. If products have been shipped to an address, the customer bears responsibility to pay return shipping fees. If you need to make a modification to an existing order or cancel a recent purchase, you can always contact us at orders@unipathic.com. If we can retrieve your order before it ships out, we can cancel the order.
Refunds
All refunds must be approved through Unipathic Medicine.

Provide Order Number and the Nutraceutical(s) you wish to return.

Upon approval you will be given a Return Authorization Code.

Please bring your return to Envita West Clinic Administration.
Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method once we have received and inspected your return. Opened products are not accepted. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to post the refund to your account.
If an order is placed with a Credit Card Gift Card Unipathic is unable to process a refund. All sales with a Credit Gift Card are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Refrigerated goods cannot be returned.
Special Orders cannot be returned.
Tinctures and all other Liquid Nutraceuticals cannot be returned.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges of products. If you purchased something by mistake and it has not shipped out, please contact orders@unipathic.com so we can cancel your order.
